Common Questions
My gram did not arrive. What should I do?
First, ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder if the gram was sent via email. If sent via SMS, confirm the phone number was entered correctly. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by a few minutes. If the problem persists after 30 minutes, contact us with the recipient's address and the approximate time you sent the gram.
How do I allow or revoke camera or photo access?
On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera (or Photos) and toggle Send Gram on or off. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Send Gram → Permissions to manage camera and storage/media permissions.
How do I turn off push notifications?
On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Send Gram and disable "Allow Notifications." On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Send Gram → Notifications and turn them off.
The App is crashing or behaving unexpectedly.
Please update the App to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play, then restart your device. If the issue continues, please contact us and include your device model and OS version so we can investigate.
