Data Deletion

You have the right to request that Hallmedia delete the personal data associated with your use of Send Gram. This page explains what data can be deleted, what data must be retained for legal reasons, and how to submit a deletion request.

How to Request Deletion

    Compose a deletion request

    Send an email to privacy@hallmedia.tv with the subject line "Send Gram Data Deletion Request." Include the information listed below so we can locate and delete your records.

    Provide identifying information

    Include the email address or phone number associated with your Send Gram activity, the approximate date range during which you used the App, and your device platform (iOS or Android). This is used only to locate your data and is not retained beyond the deletion process.

    Receive confirmation

    We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and confirm when deletion is complete. The full deletion process takes up to 30 days from the date of your request.

In-App Deletion (where available)

If the version of Send Gram you have installed includes an in-app account deletion option, you can use it to initiate a deletion request directly from your device:

  • iOS: Open Send Gram → Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data.
  • Android: Open Send Gram → Menu → Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data.

If you do not see this option in your version of the App, please use the email method described above.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

  • Gram content (messages, images, or cards) you created or received through the App that remains in our systems.
  • Any account information associated with your use of the App, including email address or phone number.
  • Push notification tokens linked to your device.
  • Usage logs and technical records that can be linked to your identity.

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request for the following reasons:

  • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked to you.
  • Records we are required to retain to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
