Common Questions
My habit streaks are not updating correctly.
Make sure your device clock and time zone are set correctly, as streaks are calculated based on your local date. If the issue persists after checking your time zone settings, try closing and reopening the App. If streaks are still wrong, contact us with your device model, OS version, and a description of the discrepancy.
I am not receiving habit reminders.
On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Habit Zen and confirm that "Allow Notifications" is enabled. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Habit Zen → Notifications and ensure notifications are turned on. Also confirm that reminders are enabled and scheduled within the App itself under your habit settings.
How do I allow or revoke notification access?
On iOS, go to Settings → Notifications → Habit Zen and toggle notifications on or off. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Habit Zen → Notifications to manage notification permissions.
How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health or Google Fit?
On iOS, go to the App settings and select Health Integration, then tap Connect or Disconnect. You can also manage permissions from Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Habit Zen. On Android, manage the Google Fit connection from the App settings under Integrations.
The App is crashing or behaving unexpectedly.
Please update the App to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play, then restart your device. If the issue continues, please contact us and include your device model and OS version so we can investigate.
How do I delete my account and data?

Is Habit Zen available on both iOS and Android?
